Timeline Goals
12 month: Each class will consist of 10 students for a total of 20 students on a cycle (10 for each familiarization course) and can be adjusted according to RJAF’s requirement(s). After completion of the familiarization course, the students will be given the remaining three (3) months to complete the OJT program. The rate (every three months) will train 20 students at a time and a total of 80 students in the year. The cycles can fluctuate drastically depending on aircraft availability for OJT.
24 month: Program Assessment and stay course or change operating model. Stay course or change operating model.
